Based on landmark cultural research, our Cultural Diagnostic is multilayered and designed to generate outstanding levels of ecosystem and organisational insight, stakeholder engagement and ‘team of teams’ agility prior to, during and post the session- Invent:: Reinvent Your Strategy.

 

The Stryd Cultural Diagnostic comprises confidential one2one interviews with your team members as well as designated employees and potentially external stakeholders such as selected clients, customers or representatives of your circular economy.

A commonly held paradigm concerning ‘innovation’ is that engineers and technologists are innovators, whilst leaders and leadership teams are not. 

We believe this is not necessarily the case.

 

Rather innovation is achieved through the interplay of analysis, conceptualisation, synthesis, intuition (Wisdom) and practical application.

Invent: Reinvent Your Executive Strategy is a two-day experience designed to identify the inherent thinking diversity within your team and apply this powerful resource to the achievement of excellence in strategy review and origination.

Your deliverable is an agile strategic intent and strategy deployment plan devised and ‘owned’ within the holistic framework of strategic alignment, equation and traceability.

Our 
Story

Stryd was born from an open-house think-tank comprising some of the world’s leading exponents of advanced cultural research, high-performance teams, participative strategy formulation and deployment. And informed by our mentor, the Late John Siddons (A.O) and his pioneering workplace reform, Industrial Democracy.

​

The application and development of Stryd spans more than twenty years across diverse settings from business unit, divisional and Asia region corporate transformation to COAG stakeholder engagement and organisational integration successfully facilitated and program managed on multiple occasions.  

​

The principals are supported by the Stryd team, associates and providers of profiling, change management, knowledge retention multimedia and circular economy digital platforms.

 

Central to the Stryd commitment is innovation.

​

Tony continues his family’s long-standing commitment to cleantech innovation, and similarly, David demonstrates his commitment as the originator of Investor DNA – profiling investor decision-making bias.
